* Requires credit card and 3-month Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) commitment. Funds to be drafted on the 1st of each month. Account may be frozen for a $10 monthly fee. Account may be cancelled after 90 days. Cancellation prior to 90 days will incur a $50 fee.
